Helen de Oliveira Carvalho first joined Trench & Associates DMCC in 2005.
She then left the Firm and after a few years, the UAE and worked in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the State of Qatar, both in private and public sectors. Her experience working in these regions has provided her with a broad perspective and an in-depth understanding of the legal challenges and complexities that multinational corporations and local businesses may face.
She has gained extensive experience in various legal areas, including corporate, commercial, employment, and intellectual property. She has worked with clients in different industries, such as telecoms, oil & gas, real estate, travel, education, and mega sporting events.
In January 2022, Helen returned to Trench & Associates, leveraging her knowledge and experience to help clients design and implement effective compliance programs and assist with employment related matters.
Helen is fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Italian, which allows her to work with clients from different backgrounds and cultures effectively. Her linguistic skills enable her to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders from various countries and regions.
