Shais Memon is a highly experienced finance professional with 14 years of experience in the Middle East. He is FCCA and CMA qualified, holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and is currently a CFA Level III candidate.
He started his career with Deloitte in Pakistan and has since worked across the legal, fintech, media and FMCG sectors. He has taken up the full finance function in several roles and has consistently reported directly to CEOs, Managing Partners, and Boards.
Shais has a strong track record of optimizing finance functions, including leading system implementations and delivering significant cost savings. His exposure to a range of industries allows him to bring a broad, practical perspective to the firm.
Shais joined Trench & Associates FZCO in September 2026. Prior to that, he was Finance Manager at another law firm. He understands the unique requirements of law firms and works alongside management to drive efficiency and develop strategies that improve profitability.
He heads the finance function at Trench & Associates FZCO and works closely with management to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
